Terms of service.

These terms govern use of What Does Khimba Think?, including its website, remote MCP endpoint and related installation material.

Using Khimba

You may use the service only where legally permitted and in accordance with these terms. You must have authority to submit the context you provide. Do not submit unlawfully obtained material, malware, personal data you are not permitted to process, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Model opinions

Opinions are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. Agreement between models is not proof. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety or other regulated professional advice and must not be used as an emergency service. Verify important findings using source evidence, tests and qualified human judgement.

Confirmation and charges

Before a chargeable inference request, Khimba shows the selected model, proposed evidence, estimated tokens and maximum charge. By confirming, you authorise transmission of that evidence to Khimba and the selected model provider and authorise a reservation up to that maximum. The final charge is measured official-provider cost plus the disclosed 30% platform markup; unused reservation is released. Promotional credit has no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn where abuse is suspected.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not probe or disrupt the service, evade limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others or use output to facilitate harm. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers or the service. Models and features may change or be unavailable; a requested model will not be silently substituted. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time.

Intellectual property and feedback

You retain rights you hold in submitted material. Khimba retains rights in the service, site and branding. Third-party model and client names belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation. Feedback is submitted only at your explicit request; you allow Khimba to use that feedback to improve the product without identifying you publicly.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that outputs are correct or fit for a particular purpose. Khimba is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output or for content a user was not authorised to submit. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material term changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
